Chuck E Cheese's

Today I went to Chuck E. Cheese's. There was a lot to see.

Hey Chuck, what's that over there?

Here is the proof that I am adopted. I am a Teletubby!

HI!
I like to look in mirrors almost as much as Mommy!

Winterizing the Scooter

I have on my work clothes so I can winterize my scooter! I do fall and try to become interested in something else so I don't have to stand up again, but you will see my scooter is my passion! (I like the Chinese dog, but my passion is my scooter).

Mommy Thinks I Like Her

Sometimes Mommy leaves me at the YMCA Child Watch while she works-out. I don't mind too much because they have a lot of toys and sometimes there are young ladies who fawn over me. Anyway, today Mommy left me there for an hour and when she returned I crawled to her and held out my right arm so she would pick me up. Once she was holding me, I gave her big open mouth kisses on her cheek and blew air to make funny noises. Mommy seemed to really like everything I did - now if only I knew how to ask for Christmas presents!

A Lazy Sunday Morning

Really it is Sunday afternoon, but just by a few minutes.

5th Annual Firebird Festival

Oliver, our parents, and I went to see the lighting of the phoenix for Phoenixville's 5th Annual Firebird Festival.

Oliver and his mommy.

I am surprised Mommy let me put our picture online - look at that chin! (It really isn't that big - it is the way she is holding me).

At the Library

This is my buddy Oliver and me at the library. I don't know why Mommy is smiling - Oliver is crying because he hit his head on the train table on Mommy's watch. You can see I am trying to comfort him.

Crash Car Derby

I like playing crash car derby with Daddy - but I think Daddy likes it more.

ZOOM

I'm laughing, not crying.

I Am 8 Months Old

I'm 8 months old!

I celebrated my birthday by taking a walk in the rain with my friend Oliver. Our mommies got wet, but we didn't.

This is Oliver. He is 2 1/2 months younger than I am, but we are the same height - and my head is bigger than his. I must have short legs like Mommy and Daddy. I like to bite on Oliver's slippers and stick my fingers in his eyes. He used to like to put his fingers in my mouth, until I bit him.

On the way home from Oliver's house, I told Mommy it is time to turn the stroller around and let me look at things other than her.

I am tired of looking at you lady!

I want to see where I am going, not where I have been.

I am a handsome fella.

After I woke-up from the nap I took in the stroller, I had a snack. Cheerios, of course!

Sharp Edges

I love my new train table - and this map of Detroit. I am fond of maps in general.

If you look in the background you will see Daddy covering the sharp edge on the bookcase with some foam. He already covered the edges on the train table so when I fall I won't blemish my handsome face.

Climbing

Should Mommy and Daddy really be encouraging this?

Christmas in December

Ok, Christmas IS in December, but it is only the ninth and my Busy Town Train Table and 145-Piece Train Set from Grandpa Dan has already arrived! Daddy said I can play with the table now, but I have to wait until Christmas to open the accessories.

Walking

Daddy brought this toy in from the garage for me to ride on, but Mommy thought I should try walking with it. I did a great job! Mommy bought this toy about 5 years ago when cousin Jackson came to visit her in Michigan.

Little Man

Mommy found some little man clothes in my closet.

Looking Out the Window

In the mornings I like to look out the window and see what is going-on in the neighborhood.

Bathtime Fun

Bathtime with Daddy is fun.

Can you say cheesecake?

On a Serious Note

One of my more serious moments...

My New Hobby

I like to pull books off the bookshelf. I also like to rip out pages and put them in my mouth, but Mommy doesn't let me do that - anymore.

Thumbs Up, Cheerios

I give Cheerios a thumbs up.

I want more Cheerios!

MILESTONE - My First Word

My first word is Dada. You can see I even point to Daddy, so it probably isn't a fluke.

Just Looking

Hi Mommy. I want to look at this map book.

I am just going to look at it.

Sleeping on my way home from Grandpa Dan's house.

This Little Gospel Light of Mine

Shake It Up

Shaking the bilingual maraca with Grandpa Dan. Since we are in Canada, the second language is French, not Spanish.

Mommy Loves the Close-Ups

Mommy & Me

Mommy doesn't usually let me put pictures of her on my blog, but she is allowing it this time because I am so darn cute.

Enough

Daddy and I think Mommy has taken enough pictures for the day.

Grandpa and Me

Grandpa and me,
A Christmas tree,

Do You Think You Can Handle It?

Grandpa Dan bought Mommy an early Christmas present, a new camera! Not only does it look groovy, it takes great photos too! Do you think you can handle all the photos of me about to come your way?

Mucilage

I stuck this Cheerio to my face with a little natural mucilage.

Cruisin'

I cruised around one corner of my play table this morning. I even had on my jammies, which make standing a little difficult because the legs are too long. I am excited to try cruising with my socks on, but first I need to nap. Standing makes one sleepy.

I am the Splashiest

I had my first swim lesson today. I was the splashiest.

Some More Standing

Daddy bought some mats for me to stand on. They add traction plus lessen the impact of my falls.

Of course, I have the requisite puke on my face. I am a pukey guy.

Standy McStandington

Stand stand stand. All I do is stand.

Standing in the bathtub.

Standing in my crib.

Mommy put the sock in my mouth for the photo. I had been standing on the changing table with a sock in my mouth, but Mommy couldn't leave me on the table and get the camera, so she reenacted the moment. Since this picture was taken my mattress has been lowered and my Pooh and Friends mobile has been removed. I am bummed about the mobile, I was just starting to be able to grab it.

iCrawl

Yeah, I crawl. And I can almost stand-up. I apologize for the fuzzy video, Mommy is checking into a new camera.

Jump Around

Everybody get up, get down. Jump around - and look at yourself in the mirror, just like Mommy does!

I Want that Puppy!

I will learn how to open this gate if it is the last thing I do. I want to touch the puppy!
