My Crew at Smith Memorial Playground
Today Austin, Oliver and I went to the new Tot Lot at Smith Memorial Playground. It totally rocked. Austin has on the brown shirt and Oliver has on the blue shirt. We had a great time!
Click the pic for great photos - and a video of me chasing a squirrel!

Valley Forge National Park with Austin
Today Mommy took Austin and me to Valley Forge National Park. We were supposed to walk with some of our MOMS® Club friends, but we missed each other. That was fine with us, we had more fun playing in the grass than being strapped in a stroller. Plus, we found our friends on the way home and went to lunch, so everything worked-out splendidly. Mommy did a deer tick check when we got home. There are a lot of deer at the park.
We found a cool caterpillar on the trail. I liked it, Austin did not.

Here are some cute pictures of me eating a nutrition bar and walking around. The bar was really for Mommy to eat, but for some reason she gave it to me. Do you want to guess why? (answer: I had a little fit.)

I see you with the camera Mommy. Here I come.

Being silly on the trail.

Austin had a lot of fun crawling around. He crab-crawls when he is outside. He must not like the feeling of grass or concrete on his knees.

A video of Austin crawling. Mommy cut my cameo short. You can hear I am not too happy about it.

Austin's Birthday Party
Austin turned the big 1 yesterday, so today he had a party. There were some pre-teen girls there that liked to carry me around, and I like to be carried, so I had a lot of fun.
I had a nose-pickin' good time. I brought my cupcake hat for Austin to wear.
Austin's party theme was Curious George. We all wore monkey masks and his mommy made a banana cream cake.
Here I am taking a time-out from the festivities to pose for a picture for one of my fans.

So Tired
Today is the first day Mommy and I have gone on a nice walk since I was so sick with my double ear infection. My temperature got to 104.8! I am feeling much better, but still tired. So tired, that I fell asleep while having my afternoon milk - and I never fall asleep without being rocked or in a carrier of some sort.

Eating Sandwich
Lately I won't eat anything off a spoon that Mommy or Daddy offers to me, so Mommy made a porridge/banana/kale/peanut butter sandwich for me. It was tasty, honest. I couldn't taste the kale and porridge tastes like bread. Also, tonight I wouldn't eat melted swiss cheese with kale. (Mommy made special macaroni and cheese for me to eat with my hands, but instead of coating the macaroni, the cheese turned into a blob). I love cheese sticks and I don't mind kale, but I decided to be difficult. Mommy wasn't too upset that I didn't eat the cheese because I ate a whole orange and I need my vitamin C since I have a cold - and I don't want scurvy!

The Great Passie Swap
Mommy usually does not let me take Austin's passie, but it was hard for her to say 'no' when Austin decided to take mine. However, you will notice Austin is smart enough not to put the nipple of my passie in his mouth - I am not that bright. Mommy has threatened a crack-down on passie use so this type of situation won't happen again, but I'll believe that when I see it.
By the way, aren't we adorable?
